Return & Exchange Policy

Our Policy

Sweat Heaven offers a 30 day Return & Exchange Policy. Any time frame outside of 30 day from the date of purchase will not be eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Non-applicable return or exchange conditions include:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any time frame after 30 days from the date of purchase

How to Process your Return or Exchange

For all Retail ordered items that you wish to return or exchange


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Replacement Itemss

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement, please get in touch with us via our Contact form. Upon reviewing your item we will send you a replacement, a notification of shipping, and a tracking number.

Sale Items

Sale items will only be refunded at their sale purchase price.

Clearance items are non-refundable.


If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please get in touch with us via our Contact form. Include the reason for your exchange, i.e.. wrong size or/and wrong color, and the item you want in return.

Upon reviewing your submission, we will email you a mailing label with a RMA# to use for returning your exchanged item. This label has been prepaid, however, the cost is deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return item. The email will include a tracking number for you to know when we received your return.
