Customization Overview
1. Upload
Free Digital Proof. Expect 5-7 business days to receive your first digital proof. This may include a call or email from Sweat Heaven.
2. Review
Review your emailed Digital Proof. This may include a phone call or a resubmittal of a different logo to get your final digital proof perfect!
3. Approve
Approve the final design of your Digital Proof by checking the Approve box in your email. Now you are ready to finish your order!
4. Order
Return to your cart and place your order. You may increase or decrease the amount of product, but changing your logo will require a new order.
5. Received
After we receive your order, we will begin production. Expect 10 - 15 business days to process your order and another 3-5 days to mail it.
For wholesale clients with orders of $3,000.00 or more, place your order via an invoice sent to your email for the deposit and the balance due upon delivery of your customized apparel.
Size and Placement for Towels, Head Ties and Head Bands
Selecting Size
Size is calculated in horizontal measurement across. This is the width of your artwork compared to it’s height. Choose from our standard sizes indicated by Small, Medium and Large.
For Placement of Towels
Placement for all towels will be on the opposite side of Sweat Heaven’s branding, at the top of the towel’s shortest side.
For Placement of Head-ties and Headbands
Placement for all head ties and headbands is a the center of the headband unless otherwise specified on the customization form. Due to the 2.5 inch width head tie, choose only the sizes that do not exceed 2 inches tall
